Refund Policy

Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible services. To qualify:
- Service must be covered under our refund policy (hosting, certain SaaS plans)
- Request submitted via official support channels within 7 calendar days from invoice date
- The service has not been abused or used in violation of our Terms of Service
Non-Refundable Services
- Domain Registrations
- SSL Certificates
- Software Licenses
- Third-Party Products
- Setup Fees
These items involve irrevocable costs or third-party providers that do not allow reversals. Domains, once registered, cannot be "unregistered" for a refund.
Abuse & Violations
If your account is suspended due to prohibited usage, any unused fees (including prepaid hosting) will be forfeited. Refunds will not be issued for services terminated due to breach of contract.
Service Cancellation
- Email support@naamx.net or open a ticket via client area
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle (no partial refunds for unused time unless within 7-day window for eligible services)
- Upon cancellation, services will be terminated and data may be permanently removed after 7 days grace period
We recommend downloading backups before requesting cancellation. No additional fees are charged for cancellation requests.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- Bank Transfer / Wire: 7–14 business days
- Digital Wallets (where available): 3–7 business days
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support at support@naamx.net with invoice number and reason
- Include relevant details (service name, purchase date)
- Our billing team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
Partial Refunds & Proration
In certain cases, NaamX Solutions may offer partial refunds at its sole discretion. Examples include:
- Downgrading a plan mid-cycle (credit applied to future invoices, not cash refund)
- Service migration issues resolved with partial compensation
No prorated refunds are given for early cancellation of non-refundable services or monthly subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day window. Annual plans: only the unused portion may be considered for refund within first 30 days, minus setup/service fees.
Policy Modifications & Final Notes
NaamX Solutions reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This policy applies only to direct purchases from NaamX Solutions. Resellers or third-party partners may have different refund terms — please refer to your agreement with them.
