NaamX Solutions provides:
- Web Hosting – high-performance, secure hosting plans
- Cloud Services – scalable infrastructure and storage
- ERP & POS Solutions – integrated business management tools
- SaaS Applications – innovative software as a service
- Website Development – custom design and development
- Domain & Related IT Services – registration, DNS, SSL and more
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and updates
- Maintain account security (strong passwords, restricted access)
- Use services legally and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Avoid abusive activities that could harm platform stability or other users
Prohibited Usage
- Sending spam emails or unsolicited bulk messages
- Hosting malware, viruses, ransomware or malicious code
- Phishing, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access
- Illegal content distribution (pirated media, child exploitation, etc.)
- Resource abuse (cryptomining, DoS attacks, excessive CPU/IO)
Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or required by consumer law.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination. Accounts with overdue balances will be disabled after 7 days of delinquency and may incur a reactivation fee.
Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime (99.9% for selected cloud plans), but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure may cause disruption.
NaamX Solutions will use reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime via email or dashboard notice.
Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless backup services are explicitly included in your plan (e.g., managed backup add-on). NaamX Solutions may offer periodic system snapshots, but does not guarantee data retention beyond our disaster recovery policies.
We strongly recommend regular off-server backups of all critical data, websites, and databases.
Account Suspension
- Involvement in abuse, security threats, or policy violations
- Prohibited activities as defined above
- Non-payment of outstanding dues beyond the grace period
- Providing false or fraudulent registration information
Suspended accounts may be permanently deleted after 30 days unless the breach is resolved or appealed successfully.
Limitation of Liability
- Data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion
- Business interruption, loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Third-party service failures, API downtimes, or external cyber incidents
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update pricing, features, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, dashboard notification, or website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed under the applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.
Acceptance & AI Integrity
By accessing or using any NaamX Solutions services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our systems employ intelligent monitoring for security and compliance; any automated decision affecting your account can be reviewed by our support team upon request.
